Program Review Data

Go to the Instructional Program Review Data Dashboard

The Instructional Program Review Dashboard includes the same data that has been provided in the Excel spreadsheets in the past, but in a more compact and visual format.  Features include:

  • Comparison of program course success rates against Institution-Set Standard for Course Success
  • Comparison of program degrees and certificates awarded against Institution-Set Standards for degrees and certificates
  • Disaggregate course success, automatically flagging areas of disproportionate impact:
    • Age
    • Campus Location
    • Class Meeting Time
    • Students’ Economically Disadvantaged Status
    • Ethnicity
    • Gender
    • Instructional Method
  • Program productivity (WSCH/FTEF) and faculty workloads
  • Course-level enrollment and success data, including disaggregation

Please note that the dashboard consists of four separate pages, which can be navigated using the arrows at the bottom of the screen.
